How to read the mìsula® codes:
Note: HRD® extraction process used by our laboratories in Italy, is performed using source water under high pressure and low temperature (between 45°C and 50°C) in order to preserve all active compounds. The particular drying process with fluid beds provides an homogeneous dimension of particles and a better glide than standard dry extracts (free- flowing powders). Extracts obtained with HRD® technology are instantly and completely water soluble (more than 1g extract / 200 mL water).
Returns and exchanges: Except Made-to-Measure products which is not available for any refund policy due to its personalized nature, all items should be returned new and unopened, with the labels and the original film packaging intact within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Returns that are damaged or opened or without the outer film packaging will not be accepted and could be sent back to you. All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Returned items will be refunded within 14 working days upon confirmation of our reception and confirmation of refund.
Exchanges: We are happy to replace items that causes allergies/intolerance or any other skin issues within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
